Could you please please help me choose between these two universities?

I want to transfer (am in Africa) to a university in USA for a bit of exposure and also because it would be much easier (i think) to do my Master’s in an American university than if i were from one in Africa (i’d probably have to take extra tests, interviews etc). So i’m thinking of going to either UNCG (University of North Carolina at Greensboro) or University of Central Oklahoma. Which would be better and why? Thanks in advance for all the help.
Oh and by the way, i am certain i’ll be accepted at University of Central Oklahoma as i already sent them my transcripts and they said yes. I’m not too sure about UNCG. Also, would i have a good chance of going to a top tier school for my postgraduate degree if i go to any of the above schools for my Bachelor’s? And could you please rate them in terms of quality of education?
