Harvard Medical School/Pre-Med?

Ok, my brother is going to Harvard medical school and he wants to be a plastic surgeon. My dream has always to be a sports agent like Drew Rosenhaus, but being a sports agent is hard to break into the scene and get big names right away so it is a risk. I will be finishing up my bachelors degree at Oklahoma in four years the same time he will finish up medical school at Harvard. I am torn between an agent or a plastic surgeon, so who do you think makes more, Drew Rosenhaus or a plastic surgeon? And, do I need to take pre-med to go to medical school? I am thinking about going into finance right now and if my brother makes a lot of money down the line I will decide between law school for agenting or medical school to be a plastic surgeon. Also, if I go to Harvard Med like him will I make more money than I would at a less prestigious medical school and how much more do you think I will make by going to Harvard?
