What does it mean when a college states is has a bachelors degree and above?

Ok so I’m looking for colleges, and i see a check list in the majors and degrees
example : accounting (no check on certificate) (no check on associates) (check on bachelors) etc etc
does this mean you must already have an associates degree to enter this college or does it mean that you must take four years because there is no two or one year program?

This is telling you what the college offers. So in your example, they do not offer a certificate or an associates degree in accounting and you must complete the requirements for a bachelors to get a degree in that area. You do not have to have an associates degree to enter the college.

No, you do not need to earn an associates before a bachelors. You can just start working on the bachelors. You do not need a prior college degree.
