What kind of job can I get with a bachelors degree in Chemistry?

I have considered teaching, but I’m starting to reconsider. Now I’m thinking that I will just move on without the teaching minor and get a bachelors in Chemistry. The problem is that I’m concerned about the my job outlook with just a bachelors.
What jobs would I be qualified for with this degree? any information on salaries and job ideas in middle Tennessee would be helpful too!

typically.. BS Chem will get you a job in a lab running tests. You will have MS and Ph.D. chemists and BS, MS, Ph.D. ChE’s managing research programs and assigning your daily work. If you’re lucky. after 5-7 years, you’ll get promoted to lab manager.
If you are able, I’d highly recommend continuing on for a masters degree or Ph.D. It will be night and day difference for you in industry.

with that background you should think about going further and getting a pharmacy degree – you need a good chem background and it’s alot of money
