The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) has an excellent reputation in their school of education. They have some of the highest scores on the OGET, OSAT, and OPTE. I graduated from there with a degree in education and I thought that the classes were great. It’s not very expensive and the classes are small…some only had about 10 people in them. I highly suggest checking it out. http://www.ucok.edu is their address.

I think that in Oklahoma, the best University would have to be the University of Tulsa.

We have an excellent program here in Kansas. In fact, we have the National Teachers Hall of Fame here. Tuition for KS residents is only $1,700 pre semester, I don’t know about outta state, but we have alot of out of state education majors. Check it out…it’s a teachers college.
