Should I complete a second bachelors degree or get a masters?

I have already completed a BFA in Fine Arts with a concentration in Music. I have decided to switch careers completely and study Food, Nutrition and Wellness. Considering that my first degree required some of the same core credits (psychology, sociology, biology) would it be worthwhile to pursue a second bachelors in my new field or would it be a better to work towards a masters instead?

Okay,So this friend of my lives in Germany
but wants to move to Oklahoma near me and attend college
for Psychology.She asked me to find how
what is required for her to attend a college In Oklahoma
and if she were to spend the first semester in Germany
how to go about switching to the Oklahoma
how can I find Colleges or Community colleges near
Elk City?

I heard that If I were to get an associates in psychology and a bachelors in english education that I could teach english and history in oklahoma.Is that true?

How do I become a famil / marriage counselor ?

Hello well for starters I live in Oklahoma and I am really wanting to get into family/ marriage counseling. I am not sure what type of degree I need to get to do this. I am wanting to some day open my own little office and do this I know I dont have to get a PHD or anything just to be a licensed marriage / family counselor. I am thinking Bachelors in Sociology ? or psychology ? or ummm yeah see why I need help . Thanks so much!!!!
